The Cookies for Santa Table Mat or Bowl Cover design is one of my very favorite design efforts and I so enjoy the stitched out table mat. I'm working on more designs for the collection, with some well under way, such as a larger sized table mat & bowl cover, mug rug, apron (yes! an apron), frig handle covers, oven mitts, and more.

This design can be made into either a table mat or a bowl cover. There are very detailed, step-by-step instructions (with pictures) to help assure that it is easy to make. Plus there are additional hints for preparing to stitch and for after the stitch out.

This In the Hoop design requires four hoopings, which are joined after the stitch out is complete. The backing is then added for a finished size of just under 14 inches. It's a super sweet (no pun intended) project. No cookies were harmed in this stitch out.
