The resale of finished physical products created with our designs is permitted for small-scale sales (such as craft fairs, bazaars, Etsy, or online shops) with a limit of 25 total finished items without prior written permission.
If you plan to create and sell more than 25 items, you must request written authorization by contacting us using the information below. Please include the venue(s) where you plan to sell and your estimated quantity.

2. Prohibited Use

Duplication, resale, sharing, lending, distribution, or transfer of the design files to another individual or entity is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized reproduction — in whole or in part — by any means (including digital, mechanical, or physical) is a violation of copyright law.
You may not claim these designs as your own, include them in any digital design collection, or use them as a base for creating derivative designs for resale.

3. Disclaimer

Blue Bunny Hollow is not responsible for errors, omissions, or issues arising from your use of the designs, including but not limited to hooping technique, stabilizer selection, fabric choice, or thread quality.
For best results:

Always stitch a test sample before beginning your final project.
Proper hooping and stabilizing are critical to achieving the intended design results.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
