Blue Bunny Hollow typically does not issue refunds or accept returns due to the nature of digital goods.

In regards to physical items we sell, exceptions are made in cases where the wrong item is shipped, or if the item is damaged or defective, we will issue a full refund, including shipping costs, or ship you a new one at our expense.

Your satisfaction is of utmost priority, if you need assistance or are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of purchase. We can issue a store credit, which is valid for one year.
