Shipping Policy

Blue Bunny Hollow sells mostly digital designs. When you place an order for digital designs, your order summary screen will have a button to [Download Items], additionally you will receive an email confirmation within an hour titled “Order #### is Ready” with links to download your items.

If you purchase physical items, we ships most items via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days). If you would like to upgrade shipping speed to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days), please contact us before placing an order.

Physical items are typically shipped 1-3 business days after your order is placed. You can find if your order was shipped and the delivery estimates in the order summary. Shipment time will vary and is not guaranteed.
