Once you’re ready, select the appropriate order form (1 to 6 letters or 7 -12 letters,) to begin your custom lettering request. I’ll review the details, digitize your name with care, and send your ready-to-stitch design files within 4-5 days - Custom, clean, and created especially for your project.

Before you place your order, here are a few common questions and helpful answers about requesting lettering. Each embroidery name is manually digitized by Lana at Blue Bunny Hollow for the best possible stitching results. Whether you’re personalizing a stocking, towel, or easter basket, these details will help you know exactly what to expect and how to get a perfect outcome for your project.

Question: Can you digitize more than one name at a time?
Answer: Each order covers one name only. This ensures the highest quality and individual attention to detail for every file. If you need multiple names, please submit a separate form for each one so each can be precisely digitized and tested for embroidery success. NOTE: If a person’s name is comprised of two names, as in “Sue Ann”, use “Custom Lettering 1 to 6 Letters” form, or if it is longer than 6 letters, such as “Mary Ann”, please choose “Custom Lettering 7-12 letters.

Question: What file formats are available?
Answer: I offer all popular embroidery machine formats including DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VP3, VIP, XXX. Just let me know your machine make and model on the order form, and I’ll provide the correct format for your embroidery setup.

Question: How long does it take to receive my custom file?
Answer: After you approve the emailed preview image, most designs are completed and delivered within 4–5 business days. During busy holiday seasons, please allow a little extra time.

Question: Do you offer refunds or revisions?
Answer: Because each design is manually digitized just for you, refunds aren’t possible once work begins. However, if there’s an error on my part, I’ll gladly fix it free of charge. Accuracy and satisfaction are always the top priority at Blue Bunny Hollow.

Question: I need knockdown stitching because I will be stitching on a napped fabric. Do you provide that?
Answer: Yes. Answer the knockdown question on the form with a “Yes” response and knockdown will be added to the design. There is no cost for this. The standard knockdown I use is 2mm larger on all sides than the design.

Question: Can I request a rush order:
Answer:‍ ‍Occasionally, yes — depending on my current workload. Please email me before ordering so I can check to see if I can accommodate your request. There will be an additional charge for all rush orders, in addition to the digitizing fee, payable before the digitizing begins.
