These festive embroideries are perfect for your Halloween projects. Stitch them on trick-or-treat bags, t-shirts, table runners and kitchen towels.

But what if you want to stitch them on towels with a nap, won’t the thin wreath lines get lost in the nap of the towel after several washings? The answer to that is “absolutely not”. The digitizing is the secret that makes these perfect for napped fabrics. And…you do not even need a topper, which means, no washing after embroidery to remove the wash-away stabilizer. YEAH!!!

The Fluffle Patch (you may also see this called a knockdown stitch) is stitched first with no wash-away topper, onto the towel or fabric that has a nap. You will want to match the embroidery thread to the napped fabric as this is not to be seen. It is not there to enhance the design, but to stop the design from sinking into, and getting lost in, the nap. When you embroider the design, it will sit on top of the Fluffle Patch so, again, you will not need to use a wash-away topper. The design will never disappear into the nap of the fabric, it will stitch beautifully, and your embroidery will always look good after laundering.  

The design comes in 2 sizes, A-fits an 8x8 hoop and B-fits a 5x7 hoop. You also have a choice of with and without the Fluffle Patch.
