Mylar (blue USA) designs are in 3 sizes and fit 5x7 and 4x4 hoops.

Mylar comes in many colors. You can use an opal mylar (standard colored mylar) with navy blue thread or navy blue mylar for the United States. The difference would be in the intensity of the color for the background. In the example, a navy blue mylar was used.
